A recent Royal LePage survey found that 90% of newcomers say owning a home is important to feeling established in Canada, while 80% view homeownership as a good financial investment.

The good news? 76% of newcomers who don’t currently own a home still intend to purchase in Canada, with nearly half hoping to do so within the next two years.
