At present, our design team is fully focused on Westboro Lofts custom design work but soon plans and drawings will need to be finalized for construction to begin. We have made a giant stride forward for Westboro Lofts. The design of the building was unanimously approved by the planning committee. We've been working closely with City staff and Councillors for months and couldn't be more pleased with how the design turned out. Thank you to the community association and neighbours for all your insightful comments and willingness to collaborate. In an effort to maximize the positive impact on the neighbourhood many great design ideas were born. From reducing the height of the building to nine floors, saving trees, to creating luscious green terrace units, and much more, we've been able to turn great into spectacular.
