Last day clean up on this beautiful Hot tub & Sauna enclosure

This 25'x25' Pergola featured: Concrete slab & dedicated walkway, vinyl privacy fencing, new hot tub, Cedar barrel sauna, Metal roofing, dedicated water supply with heat trace and easy winterization, power source for hot tub + additional outdoor plugs for ambient lighting, SOD & planting with landscaping.

This was a fun project, re creating an existing deck. We ended up re constructing the entire frame and pergola with new sun shades. The only change to the 30 year old design was a change in materials and additional ambient lighting 😀

Complete pre-occupancy repairs & paint on this Luxury home in Ottawa. Thanks to Cleanstruction for doing a pristine top to bottom clean before moving day.

The service team re-caulked and painted what we assume to be 3 kilometers of millwork & coffered ceiling! Performed necessary repairs and did a little bit of TLC before the owner moved back to this one of a kind property.
