The team has been hard at work this past month and I figured it was time for a much needed update! Despite the market being slow, action is occuring. On our listing at Tanguay we even experienced multiple offers which eventually led the property to be sold for over asking!

Hey Everyone!

I'm pleased to announce a few changes regarding my business moving into this year and beyond!

As you may be aware I started out my real estate career with Royal LePage Team Realty. I have had a lovely 6 years with RLP and have met many wonderful people who helped shape me into the agent that I am today. During my time at RLP I was also fortunate enough to win a handful of awards. I'm very proud to announce that I was awarded the Master Sales Award in 2022 and previously in 2020 as well as the President's Gold Award in 2021.

I'm extremely grateful for my journey so far, but after 6 years I wanted to change things up a bit.

The first change among many is I am now brokered by EXP Realty. EXP is a cloud based brokerage offering unmatched flexibility. I've also decided to go from being a solo agent and have decided to join forces with the formidable Janda Shamess - Ottawa Real Estate!

Janda and I worked together previously at Royal LePage and admire each other's strengths and personal values. Being my client now gives you access to Janda as an additional resource and point of contact, effectively doubling the value of my services. We thought it best to rebrand to the Nautilus Real Estate Team and have been hard at work on a new website in order to keep you up to date with the latest real estate news. Our site is currently fresh off the press but rest assured there are plans to continually update it and add further content in the future. Any requests or critiques are welcome.
