It’s been a busy month — and honestly, that’s thanks to all of you.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the chance to help clients buy, sell, lease, and make some big moves across Ottawa and the surrounding areas.

Some quick highlights:

• 6 properties sold (including one in under a week, over asking, with multiple offers)
• 2 leases secured for great clients
• 4 homes purchased

• and 1 hitting the market tomorrow!

Behind every one of these, is a client trusting me to guide them through an important decision — and that’s something I don’t take lightly.
