Every once in a while, a sale hits a little differently…

For the past several years, we’ve had the pleasure of watching Jordyn grow into the incredible young woman she is today… and now she’s officially a homeowner!

Not going to lie… there were moments that were exciting and moments that were a little…stressful 😆. Buying your first home is a huge leap of faith, but it’s also the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Seeing her sitting on those front steps, proudly holding that SOLD sign, reminded us why we love what we do. Helping someone buy their first home is always special, but this one was just a little extra.

Congratulations, Jordyn! We are so proud of you and so grateful we got to be part of such an exciting milestone. We can’t wait to see you make this house your home. ❤️🏡
