July was a little bit of everything in the best way. ☀️

A late night at Bluesfest seeing Ella Langley, strawberry picking, slow weekend coffee dates, and a much-needed cottage weekend.

In between, we packed the car with home anniversary surprises, closing gifts, celebrated clients getting the keys to their new homes, and spent some afternoons showing properties with some pretty incredible waterfront views.

A full month of work, family, local favourites and little summer moments around Ottawa.

We pulled together some of the local events happening this month, from live music and family friendly outings to fairs, festivals, markets, and a few reasons to get outside and enjoy the city.

Plus, there’s a weekly farmers market cheat sheet in here because nothing says summer like grabbing local berries, fresh flowers, and pretending you’re only going for “a few things.”

A little bit of real estate, a little bit of gardening, a little bit of cottage time, a very happy dog with a new fence, and way too many ice creams to count.

It was one of those months where business and life were both busy in the best way.

May is one of those months where Ottawa really shines. Between the Tulip Festival, the Great Glebe Garage Sale, and as many farmers’ market visits as we can fit in now that they’re finally open again, there’s a lot to look forward to.
