April felt like the first real exhale of the year, as spring always does 🌷✨

Longer days, more sunshine, and finally enough warmth to start making garden plans (we’re making a list of the veggies we are going to plant soon!) and spent lots of our weekends walking through parts of our neighbourhood we hadn’t explored yet (plus stopping for a refreshment along the way!).

Somewhere in between all of that, we launched two new listings, sold another listing and helped two families find their next home.

Not a bad month at all. 🤎
