Residential home prices have increased slightly compared with this time last year. Condo prices are just under what they were in October 2022.

In April 2023, less units were sold compared with this time last year.

The average sale price was down -9.7% for residential and -8.1% for condos compared with April 2022. When we look at the March numbers, the average sale price was down -16.9% for residential and -12.7% for condos. This amounts to an increase in average sale price of 7.2% for residential and 4.6% for condos. The spring market is most definitely heating up!
