Hey Ottawa homeowners! May is PRIME TIME for overseeding your lawn. Here's why this matters (and why buyers notice):
What is Overseeding?
It's the process of adding fresh grass seed to your existing lawn to fill in bare patches, boost density, and rejuvenate overall health. A thick, lush lawn = natural w**d defense + major curb appeal! 💚
Why Overseed in Spring?

✅ Increased moisture from spring rain
✅ Ideal window: March through early May (you're RIGHT in it!)

The 6-Step Process:
1️⃣ Cut & Bag - Mow at lowest setting, bag clippings, rake to loosen soil
2️⃣ Enrich - Add thin layer (¼") of lawn soil for moisture retention

4️⃣ Feed - Apply starter fertilizer (but NOT with seed—they don't mix!)
