I’m Emline — Mortgage Agent, mom of two, problem solver, and most of all, someone who genuinely loves helping people.

I’ve always been the type of person who wants to find a solution when something feels impossible, and somewhere along the way, that became one of my biggest strengths in my career.

What started as a new chapter turned into something I truly love, helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives and advocating for them every step of the way.

So yes, you’ll see a lot of mortgages around here… but you’ll also get to know the person behind them.

Just a girl who loves the peace sign ✌🏾 the hand AND actual peace 😂🤍

To say I love what I do is an understatement.

August was an incredible month for me. I closed the most deals I’ve ever closed since starting my mortgage career, and along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to meet some amazing people in this industry.

But one thing I’ve learned is that I’m not just a mortgage agent.

Some days I’m a problem solver.
Some days I’m a mathematician.
Some days… I’m basically a therapist 😂

But my favourite role of all? Being my clients’ advocate.

When someone tells me “no,” I want to know why. And if there’s a path forward, I’m going to find it.

One of my proudest moments this month was closing a deal that had been declined 6 months earlier. Instead of giving up, my client and I made a plan, worked together, and she brought her credit score from 595 to 795. And this time?

We got the YES.

That’s why I love what I do. It’s not just about mortgages or closing deals. It’s about helping people get from where they are to where they want to be.

Here’s to more solutions, more growth, and more YESes.
