I finished the men's Hyrox solo Pro race on Saturday. It was the hardest workout I've ever done.

I came in second last in my 55-59 age group and last in my heat. Took me 2h40m, and I finally finished at about 11:30pm.

The venue was empty when I hit the wall balls station except for the racer who finished just ahead of me, a couple of friends, and the Hyrox staff/judges. I'm super grateful for their support because they helped me cross the finish line.

I definitely need to improve in several areas before I tackle another Pro race.

I saw this in my feed and it bugged me. It's a horrible way to go through life in my opinion.

I say we should normalize practicing forgiveness.

Forgiving others isn't a sign of weakness. It shows humility, compassion, emotional stability, and an ability to make a choice to release pain.

I'm not saying you should hang out or even be friends with the person who wronged you either.

It becomes easier to talk with people who have wronged you after you choose to forgive them.

Learn to manage your emotional response to offences which can lead to better overall health.
