Should Canada lift the foreign buyer ban? It's set to expire this winter, and developers are pushing to end it for good. Their case: condo supply has piled up, pre-sale requirements are hard to hit, and welcoming foreign buyers back could help clear existing inventory and get stalled projects moving again.
