Sad to say goodbye to - it was so much fun taking in the sights & learning more about its unique culture.
Such as the city was named after the pomegranate since the fruit was used as their primary currency and still is used to this day. 2 Granadas = roughly a Euro.

Update from Spain - Drove to Granada today and checked out Alhambra.
Little known facts, it was built for a Spanish sitcom whose pilot flopped and the site was left abandoned so they now use it as a popular tourist destination.
