The Guenette Real Estate Group

The Guenette Group was founded in 2014 by Serge Guenette after working for over 20 years in real estate and the hospitality industry. Serge saw an opportunity to improve upon current real estate marketing practices while simultaneously creating a business culture that puts the customer first. The Guenette Group differentiates itself from other real estate groups by placing a strong emphasis on innovative property visibility via internet marketing, recognizing that more and more people are beginning their property search online. By leveraging the latest internet marketing techniques, the Guenette Group helps buyers navigate the market with better information and tools, and helps sellers reach a wider audience through multichannel exposure. Buying or selling property is a major undertaking, and can be stressful at times. Having a realtor that truly cares about what their clients are going through can make the experience a positive one. The Guenette Group prides itself on being reliable, available, and honest at all times, and has seen this translate into glowing references. With its main office on Bronson Avenue, and satellite offices on O’Connor Street, Carling Avenue, and in Orléans, the Guenette Group is well-situated to work with clients both in the Ottawa core and its surrounding areas.
