Success Story Sunday - Happy closing week to these awesome clients! When first meeting with these clients we discussed getting it sold before Christmas so this lovely family can start a new adventure by moving to Australia. I mentioned this time of year tends to be a bit slower for the real estate market however with the right strategy I was confident we could get it done. We managed to generate over 30 showings. A few different Offers came through but didn't quite come together. Fast forward to today and we have officially sold and closed on this property. Our Sellers are extremely happy and have since moved to Australia and have started their new adventure down under.
