For Tanner, a house has never been just four walls and a roof—it’s where life happens and lasting memories are made.
Real estate runs deep in Tanner’s roots. Growing up with a father who served as a Chief Building Inspector, Tanner spent his younger years exploring job sites and watching homes come to life from the ground up. That early spark turned into a lifelong passion for architecture, home design, and the unforgettable feeling of walking into a dream home for the very first time.
Before making the official leap into real estate, Tanner spent over 15 years as a top performer in telecommunications sales. Combined with a strong technical foundation—including studies in Electrical and Green Energy at Cambrian College—he brings a unique blend of negotiation savvy, tech-forward strategy, and hands-on home knowledge to every client interaction.
Tanner believes in building relationships, not just closing transactions. Guided by his favorite piece of advice—"Treat them like family and they’ll come back, not just to you but for you"—he takes a patient, listening-first approach to make sure his clients feel fully supported every step of the way.
When he’s not helping clients find their next home, Tanner likes to try new restaurants, enjoy the latest blockbuster movie, or catch a concert with his wife, Jordan. You’ll also find them hanging out with their beloved 9-year-old English Bulldog, Loki. An avid fan of technology, movies, TV, and gaming, he also enjoys tinkering with R/C trucks in his spare time.
