🏡 Your credit: Know your score and check your report for anything that may need attention.

💰 Your monthly budget: Start figuring out what monthly payment would actually feel comfortable for you, not just what you could technically qualify for.

💵 Your savings: You’ll need to think beyond the down payment. Closing costs, moving expenses, inspections, and having money left in savings all matter too.

You don’t have to be ready to buy to start preparing.

In fact, the earlier you know where you stand, the more time you have to make a plan.
