Hi there!! My names Andrew Barfoot and in January of 2021 I became an official licensed real estate salesperson with Sutton Sound Realty in Owen Sound. Sutton is a very active brokerage with a fairly significant market share in the Grey Bruce area. Since joining Sutton 8 months ago, I have been involved in 5 transactions.
1. Listing agent for my grandmothers house in Owen Sound, where the sellers accepted a 31k over ask offer, where multiple offers were presented!!😮
2. Buyers agent for a lovely couple who ended up finding and securing their dream retirement home in Sauble Beach for UNDER asking!!!✅
3. Buyers agent, where I travelled to and showed a property listed for 1.8 million in the Niagara region for a school friend. End result was him securing his dream “second home” on the shores of Lake Erie for 50k UNDER ask, with 25-30k worth of appliances that were originally excluded, included!!😳
4. Listing agent for a 3-plex income producing property in Owen Sound🏠, where I ended up representing both the selling and buying sides, in Multiple Representation, where a deal was agreed on and both sides were satisfied!!🤗
5. Buying agent for a client looking in the Hanover area, moving back closer to home, where we looked at many properties in one day, but ended up negotiating a deal where my client paid UNDER ask for the exact home she wanted!!💯
