Here are some of the things that can make a beautiful home harder to sell:

A stunning home with a strange flow can leave buyers wondering, “Where would I put my furniture?”

🛏️ A bedroom that isn't really functional
Technically a bedroom… but can you actually fit a bed, dresser and closet space comfortably?

🪜 Too many stairs
A multi-level home might be beautiful, but stairs can eliminate buyers looking for one-floor living.

🚗 Limited parking
A gorgeous house doesn't help much if there's nowhere for the family to park.
