GEM Market Snapshot | Nanoose Bay to Bowser

This week's numbers show a market that continues to balance itself. Single-family inventory remained virtually unchanged, condos saw an increase in buyer activity, and townhomes experienced a slight tightening in supply.

Manufactured homes recorded the biggest shift, with more sales and fewer active listings.

What does this mean?

For buyers, stable inventory and slightly longer marketing times in some segments continue to provide opportunities for negotiation and choice.

For sellers, well-priced homes are still attracting attention, particularly in the townhome and manufactured home markets where inventory is becoming more limited.

As always, every property type is telling a slightly different story. If you're thinking about buying or selling, understanding the trends specific to your home type is more important than ever.
