Working in my hometown, Parry Sound real estate gives me a front row seat to some of the best full circle moments. 🫶

The first time cottage buyer who starts out convinced they’ll never feel ready, and getting their keys on closing day.

The family who texts me photos a few weeks after closing because the boxes are finally gone, the pictures are on the walls, and the cottage already looks completely different from the day we walked through it.

The friends/clients who walk by my sign and see it’s unhinged, try and fix and text me about it.

Those are the moments that remind me why I love what I do.

Because I get to see people before the decision feels real, walk alongside them while they figure it out, and sometimes get a little glimpse of the life they built after the paperwork is finished.

That part never gets old.

The side of being a Parry Sound realtor that you don’t see 🤫

A closing photo, a successful post, or a home that sells quickly can make the outcome look simple from the outside, but there’s usually a lot more happening behind it.

There are late nights, extra calls, prep that started weeks earlier, conversations that had to happen at exactly the right time, and plenty of small decisions that never make it onto social media but still shape the result.

That’s the part of the job people rarely see, and honestly, it’s a huge part of what makes the wins mean so much.

The highlight is only the final frame. Most of the work happened long before it.
