This week I’m opening the doors at two very different places in cottage country — and the fun part is you get to see both.

💥 SOLD 💥 This Brick Century home has its first new family in over 50 years.

We found things in the home inspection that made me cringe. But we pivoted strategy multiple times and were able to come to an agreement.

One of my mentors early in my real estate career told me that a good deal is when the buyer feels like they over paid and the seller feels like they let it go for a steal.

This was one of those deals. But the buyers are over the moon with their new, old home 🏡 💗
