Nkwúkwma is a real estate development in the Village of Pemberton. The Nkwúkwma plan builds on the Village of Pemberton's Official Community Plan and Benchlands Neighbourhood Concept Plan and a comprehensive re-zoning application has been submitted to the Village of Pemberton. Significant further community consultation is required before the project sees shovels in the ground.
