Summer has brought a quieter pace to Pemberton real estate, with fewer new listings and fewer sales in July compared to June.

Inventory tightened across most property types, while condo inventory held steady. With fewer homes hitting the market, some buyers may be holding off to see what the fall market brings.

For sellers, however, lower inventory can create opportunity. With less competition on the market, a well-priced property can stand out to buyers who are ready to make a move now.
