Caulking all intersecting party wall joints at 2830 Evergreen today before the drywall finishers get their hands on it.

This is something we have started to do recently that can make a huge difference, especially at the bottom plates when it comes to sound isolation between units.

Today we completed the final blower door tests at 177 & 179 Kirkpatrick ave. Happy to report we achieved Step 5 of the B.C. Energy Step Code.

What does this mean?
