It’s hard to believe that Heather Smith and I have been working as a team for 10 years. 🎉 Heather is now in her ninth year as a licensed realtor, and I have been in real estate for 23 years!
I am incredibly proud of what we’ve built together. Every day, I’m grateful to have someone I trust completely—someone I can turn to for advice, perspective, and support. We respect each other’s opinions, we balance each other’s strengths, and we step in for one another when needed. That ability to support each other allows us to show up as better realtors for our clients. ☯️
We are like-minded in the way we approach our work. We genuinely care about the people we serve and strive to treat every client with the same level of attention, honesty, and care. Whether it’s a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, we are committed to working hard and often going the extra mile to ensure our clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Now entering our eleventh year together, we’ve started talking about how to celebrate when she reaches ten years as a realtor—but maybe the truth is, we shouldn’t wait. This business, and this life, remind us to celebrate along the way. Every client, every home, every day we get to do this work together is something worth being grateful for.
