Just 14 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s DOWN 6 sales (20) from the previous week. DID YOU KNOW that 33 homes hit the market last week? Much of this is attributed to homes being re-listed and coming back onto the market with price adjustments. Our current inventory levels hover around 440+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 312 homes this time last year - that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +41%.
