🔑 Homes sold: 149
💰 Average sold price: $658,581
📅 Average days on market: 46

New favourite alert. 🚨

We checked out on Hunter Street this weekend and it did not disappoint...that hedge wall at dusk is unreal for photos, and the spring rolls genuinely didn't stand a chance. Not photographed... the rest of the delicious food we ordered.

Here's the thing though: when people ask me what it's like to live in Peterborough, I don't just talk about school zones and commute times. I talk about nights like this; finding a new favourite spot close to home. Time spent on the patio catching up with friends. That's the stuff that actually makes a house feel like a neighbourhood.
