My buyer client closed on his home yesterday and sent me this photo this morning. His first morning waking up in his new home with that lake view, and honestly? I nearly teared up 🥹

We found the coziest little home - big beautiful windows, peaceful lake views, and so much charm!

We had lost out on another house before this one, so it’s also a reminder that the right one really does come along when it’s supposed to. And when it does… wow 🤩

Also, sometimes in this job you work with complete strangers who end up being absolute gems of humans. This was one of those situations.

I freaking love real estate.
