If we haven’t met yet, I’m Alex Blenkarn.
I grew up on a rural property in a small town of about 1,500 people. Some of my favourite memories are playing pond hockey and spending time with family at our cottage, where I learned a lot about hard work, honesty and doing things the right way.
I moved to Peterborough in 2015 to attend Trent University, graduating with a joint major in Psychology and Forensic Science. I’ve always been drawn to work that involves helping people, and real estate quickly stood out as the right fit.
I’ve now lived and worked in Peterborough and the surrounding communities for over a decade. From waterfront properties and cottages to family homes and country properties, I help buyers and sellers move through the process with clarity and confidence. I’m proud to be backed by Royal LePage and to have shared local market insights through outlets like The Financial Post, Toronto Star, and CBC Radio.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling, or just want to better understand the market, I’d be happy to connect.
