The Prince Edward County Christmas Angel Tree program could use our help. Christmas gifts are collected for those children in need in our community. The last collection day is only a week away and the tree is nearly full of names.

If you’re able, please go to their location at 56 King Street by Benson Park and pick a name, help our neighbours.
Support local and pick up a few clothing items, personal hygiene products, toys, books, games and more for these children in our community. Let’s support our community in true County fashion this holiday season!

What a festive weekend we had in The County! 🎄

Full of holiday cheer, Christmas goodies and our amazing community.
Our team was busy with our entry for the Festival of Trees, hand tying 1000 candy canes for the parades and participating in both the Bloomfield Parade and the Picton Santa Claus Parade.

Seeing our neighbours, friends and past clients filled our cup and definitely got us all into the holiday spirit!

Milford Fall Fair 2022!

After a few years pause due to COVID, the Milford Fair is back!
The wonderful volunteers have been working hard to get everything ready for you. .joy.miller, being one of them, will be helping out with the judging of the dog show, “South-Minster” style. 🐩

The pancake breakfast and parade kick off the day and then games, more food, live music and vendors to follow. A day of fall fun for the whole family!

We can’t wait to see you there!

What a fun trip we had last week! ☀️🍽🏡
realestate, .joy.miller and all headed to GTA for lunch with the amazing Scarborough Breakfast Club.

We meet virtually with these agents every Wednesday to present our listings, talk Real Estate and about what’s going on with the market. But nothing quite compares to meeting in person and chatting over good food.

This is the personal connection that we’re talking about when we say “Your local County Realtors®️with the extraordinary Toronto connections”.

We can’t wait to host this group in The County this fall!

It’s Back to School : Real Estate Edition! 📚🍎✏️

As many students in our community return to their classes, we’re taking a page from their book, or should we say ‘textbook’.

Our team is always learning, growing and educating ourselves. Our fall book club will start up again with our team reading books that push us outside of our usual thinking and expand our perspectives.
joy.miller is sharpening her skills by taking further courses.
and .realestate are always keeping themselves up to date by taking their refresher courses.
We meet with over 50 GTA agents virtually every week to discuss the changing market in their areas.

Not to mention we have an ongoing scrabble game in the office, adding fun and a little friendly competition:
