Full resumption of real estate brokerage activities
A ministerial order (in French only) allowing the full resumption of real estate brokerage activities, for both residential and commercial brokerage has been adopted by the government.

Therefore, as of Monday, May 11, 2020, real estate brokerage activities can be fully resumed and the criteria for priority transactions established since April 20, including the obligation to take possession on or before July 31, will no longer apply.

Everyone should, of course, continue to respect the hygiene and distancing measures decreed by Public Health to minimize the spread of the virus. These include respecting the two-meter distance between people and hand washing.

Until May 11, the current rules apply, so only priority residential real estate transactions and new virtual and partial marketing are possible.
