Hello everyone, we hope your summer adventures have filled your cup so far. In an effort to be transparent, in September, Airbnb will be transferring some of the current fees that you, as guests pay- over to hosts. As a result, and upon recommendation from Airbnb, our rates have been adjusted to account for this change.

Your total booking price should remain the same; however, it will look like the cost per night has gone up. You should no longer pay 15% in airbnb fees though for any bookings in Sept 2026 and on.
