This last year watching Wyatt grow from baby to full-blown to(rnado)ddler has been so much fun! I can’t wait to see her grow more and for us all to bloom as a family after a bit of much needed rest over this season.

Lots of big changes and major goals to achieve over the coming months but as a parent my number one priority is these girls ✨

This little beauty is gone!!

Another feel good deal with alixediewoldrealestate. Her client was so excited to get this home that we negotiated that she would rent the space while doing her due diligence and waiting for completion. This is risky and slightly unadvisable but my clients were aware of the risks and felt that the buyer was kind and honest. It all worked out perfectly and I'm so happy for my clients to be able to move on and for the buyer to be able to not just call it a rental but her home! Another bonus is that my clients wanted to sell it full furnished and the buyer also wanted all the items! How perfect is that!
