Third offer a charm ✨️ My sweet clients are relocating to Alberta to be closer to family. We got an an offer right away, and then a back up offer the very next day.... but then..... both offers fell apart on financing 💵.... 2 days later, another offer! And here we are.... same price, same closing and a few more grey hairs!
