Sold sign going up at 4836 Redford St tonight! This one feels so good!! (IYKYK!) This listing had a lot of interest and action from the get go but no-one seemed ready to pull the trigger with an offer. We waited patiently and stuck to our price knowing there was good value here and a couple of weeks ago this property received multiple offers. Big thanks Jack Roland for your hard work to get your clients across the finish line on this one. A big congrats to you and to them, such a pleasure having you on the other side! A couple of more closings today for some of my buyers! Exciting things ahead for both sets of these clients…..1 took possession of their new commercial space and I can’t wait to see how it looks after their renovations (videos to follow in a few months when it’s done) and the other took possession of their new family home in a wonderful neighbourhood. This family is moving here from out of town and won’t be arriving until super late tonight, so the keys were passed along to their mom for now and I can’t wait until this family see their new home in person for the first time tomorrow!! It’s been a super busy but extremely fulfilling couple of days. So thankful to all of my wonderful clients for their trust in me, my past clients who recommended and referred them to me and to the great agents on the other side of these deals.
