This cozy, thoughtfully designed space features:

Sherkston is a private, gated resort—guests must check in with security upon arrival
Reservation holder must be 25+
If not booking as a family, all guests must be 25+
No pets
Golf cart drivers must be 25 + with a valid G license (submitted to the park)
Funplex passes are not included (available for purchase at the Welcome Centre)
No day visitors permitted (guest list must be submitted in advance)
Additional charges may apply for damages or rule violations
No smoking or va**ng inside the cottage or on the porch (smoking permitted at the back near the fire pit only)
📹 For security purposes, exterior cameras are located on the patio and facing the golf cart. Please ensure belongings are stored safely, as owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
