Got that fresh new back window decal advertising a new initiative in the business that I’m proud of. Cézanne and I have always led with our principals in the businesses we run and that isn’t any different with my real estate. Starting immediately till the day I die we will be donating a minimum of 5% of every sale to affordable housing initiatives in BC. Right now I’m committed to Raincity Housing which specializes in First Nations temporary and long term housing in the downtown core. I will remain committed to finding and funding the best option for the people of BC as times goes on so if you have a charity or organization that is better suited to stabilize housing in BC please DM me ideas. Let’s make a difference where we can and make BC a better place for all. ❤️

After some last minute strategy changes and a small flood in the building that almost hindered our ability to show this beautiful unit. We were able to secure a record sale price for our sellers in just one day while passing the torch to a couple that was just as in love with the place as our sellers first were when they moved in.
