Starting for the 2025 rental summer season, we will be offering weekday rentals Monday at 4pm - Friday at 11am for $1100 plus a $175 cleaning fee ($1275) and a weekend rental Friday at 4pm- Monday at 11am for $1100 plus a $175 cleaning fee ($1275).
If you would like to rent a full week Monday at 4pm-Monday at 11am, it would cost $2100 plus a $175 cleaning fee. The security deposit for all rentals will be $650.
