📊 July 2026 Housing Market Update – Northumberland County

The Central Lakes Association of REALTORS® (CLAR) has released its July 2026 Housing Market Report, showing the local market shifted to a more moderate pace while remaining balanced.

🏡 Northumberland County by the numbers:
• 144 homes sold in July, down 5.3% from June
• Average sale price: $721,450, up 6.5% month over month
• 380 new listings came to market
• Homes sold in an average of 48 days

Across the CLAR Region, inventory levels remained healthy, giving buyers more choice while market conditions continued to vary by community.

📈 Northumberland County Housing Market Update – June 2026

The latest June 2026 Housing Market Report from the Central Lakes Association of REALTORS® (CLAR) shows continued momentum across the region, with all six CLAR Regions recording month-over-month sales growth for the fourth consecutive month.

In Northumberland County:
🏡 152 homes sold in June, up 18.8% from May.
💰 The average sale price was $677,570, a slight 2.6% decrease from the previous month.
📋 423 new listings came to market, an 11.3% increase, giving buyers more choice.
⏳ Homes spent an average of 45 days on the market.

"Market conditions continue to create opportunities for both buyers and sellers," says CLAR President Christine Riley. While the market remains stable, trends can vary from community to community, making local expertise more important than ever.
