Sometimes finding the right home takes a little patience, a whole lot of showings, and trusting the process.

My buyers were relocating from out of the area, and after touring more than 20 properties, we had seen a little bit of everything. Some homes checked a few boxes, others came close… but nothing felt quite right.

A New Chapter Begins ✨

Today marks CLOSED on a home in Oshawa and this one is especially meaningful.
