We are excited to share that Laidler Capital has successfully funded its first small-scale development in Burnaby, BC (4 detached strata homes). These homes are now under construction.

It takes the hard work and dedication of a long list of people to bring a real estate development to life.

We are grateful to the builders, realtors, investors and other professionals involved in this project.

We also just got the building permit on a 6-unit project, with several more developments planned for 2026.
