Heading off to Spain in May to check out the latest International properties we just acquired. Also to pick out the furniture packages. The properties are located in Marbella in the Costa Del Sol. This is a nearby resort, showing the location. We will be renting two penthouse units starting in July. The rental income is amazing with nightly rates as high as 570 Euros a night. All the properties will be professionally managed. We are hoping to have at least 10 properties up and running by 2024. Located in Marbella, Spain, Lagos, Portugal, Tulum, Playa Del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos and Moab, Utah.
