This year will mark my EIGHTH year in Real Estate!

I have seen and been through all kinds of markets over the past eight years. I have helped guide clients calmly through fast moving markets in late 2020 & 2021; where every negotiation was multiple offers, with pre inspections, zero subjects, and quick closings. To snail slow in 2018 & 2023, where listings sat for months, tensions (and interest rates) were high, and times were tough for many.

This last year, I allowed my business to take a back seat, as I stepped fully in to my role as a Mom of two. I continued to work part time to stay active and up to date with the ever changing market conditions, but the real work was at home, with my kids. Managing meltdowns, wiping butts, and building forts. As you can see in the photo, they are a sassy pair! ☹️😆

Now that my youngest is starting daycare, I am looking forward to getting back to my business full time. I have missed the fast pace excitement of scoring deals for my clients, negotiating for top dollar sales, and helping to guide people calmly through one of the most stressful journeys they will probably ever take.
