The Bank of Canada today reduced its target for the overnight rate to 4½%, with the Bank Rate at 4¾% and the deposit rate at 4½%. The Bank is continuing its policy of balance sheet normalization.

Wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, Realtor. I wear all these hats proudly but I can not be at my best in any of these roles without selfcare. Today I fed my mind and body, I had great meetings with my fantastic colleagues, had a lovely chat with a friend, enjoyed a fun dinner with my family, and then spent an hour clearing my mind of clutter and stretching out all the kinks and stiffness at aquafit. This is important, all of the hats I wear are important but I can not be at my best for others if I am not taking care of myself.
