📌 Proof of ownership, such as photos, identifying details, or veterinary records

📌 For dogs: Payment of the municipally set impound/reclaim fee, as determined by the applicable Township (Orillia, Severn, or Gravenhurst), and proof of current licensing with the City of Orillia or Township of Severn
