Updated 2-bedroom townhouses located in the central Westview area of Powell River are available in December or for January 1st. Significant effort has been spent on making these townhomes as energy-efficient as possible. All new windows and doors have been installed on every townhome, and a new energy-efficient heat pump will keep the place warm in the winter and provide highly efficient air conditioning in the summer months. Additional insulation has also been added to the walls and ceilings to help keep monthly utility bills as low as possible.
