Most people will not take advantage of this...but will comment after the fact on a 'missed opportunity'. Historically and consistently, the time to buy or 'buy up' in real estate is in a slow, down market. We are currently in a slow, down market. In every similar cycle since 1992 these periods have proven to be the best times to buy up or buy in.
