This winter we chose to share a tried and true recipe. My mom first started making the recipe from the Best of Bridges cookbook but over the years we have slightly adapted it to our desired level of spice and chewiness. We have claimed them as “the best ginger snaps” and hope you agree too!

Every community member from Saltery Bay to Lund with an address should have received this recipe in the mail, but if you live outside the area or did not receive one, I’d be happy to get a print copy to you.
