I have spent the better part of the last 20 years practising law. In 2015, I decided to focus primarily on Residential Real Estate, Corporate and Business Services, Estate Planning and Estates. In addition, I can prepare a power of attorney and health care directive which arranges for a person of your choosing to take care of your affairs should you ever become incapacitated. Estate planning works to help you avoid guardianship issues regarding your affairs. My practice specializes in the field of estate planning, and I devote myself to ensuring you are fully protected in the event of any worst-case scenarios. I am here to help you create a plan for your future to enhance your well-being and peace of mind. I firmly believe that attention to detail is key when working with estates and estate planning, as it protects clients’ assets and interests. In addition, I centre my work on punctuality, organization, and efficiency. I aim to provide a comfortable and relaxed environment for clients, so that we may work together to lighten the workload and achieve the desired outcomes. Buying and/or selling property involves several moving parts along with strict deadlines. Whether you are moving in or moving out, I am here to offer services such as reviewing purchase documents, answering questions about said documents, arranging title insurance, providing legal representation when necessary, and assisting with closing a deal. While you are packing your belongings, I will be working to safeguard your assets.
